Exploring chance and uncontrollable environments when shooting using restricted facilities and conditions
CONSIDER
-Creased backdrop as a result of iron recently breaking ... once again incorporating features that can't be helped at this given time, and outcomes become altered/effected as such.
-Good natural lighting needed, resulting in shooting outside, resulting in wind
-Shadows cast across frame
-Unable to focus on subject as a result of wind
OVERALL
Makes for a somewhat ambiguous and fascinating outcome? Causing viewer to try and work out what is in fact occurring in the depicted scene. Whether they gage and understand my intentions or not it makes their minds 'work' and allow for everyone to understand and perceive them differently. Each shot is completely unique in this sense and cannot be recreated or duplicated.
BRINGING INTO CONSIDERATION THE PROCESS OF USING A DIGITAL INSTRUMENT TO RECORD AN ANALOGUE PRINT...WHAT CAN BE SAID ABOUT THIS? IN TERMS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEDIUM...
Too obvious? reconsider? alternative methods of exploration?
